These actors have great motive-ation
Was it Wadsworth in the study with the candlestick? Or Miss Scarlet in the lounge with the revolver?
The Tillamook Association for the Performing Arts is positively dying for audiences to see its upcoming production of “CLUE,” the uproarious stage adaptation of the cult classic film and the iconic Hasbro board game, opening this Friday, Aug. 29.
Opening night, as always, is Gala Night, where every admission ticket includes one free beverage of choice and endless delicious hors d’oeuvres.
Meet the “usual suspects:” Wadsworth, played by Jordan Wolfe; Mr. Green, played by Gary Hanson; Professor Plum, played by Garrick Gordon; Colonel Mustard, played by Logen Steinbach; Mrs. White, played by Joni Sauer-Folger; Miss Scarlet, played by Kelsey Jordan; Mrs. Peacock, played by Valerie Sewell; Yvette, played by Katie Wolfe; and Mr. Boddy, played by Setheesh Moturi. The cast is filled out by Marion Blackwell as the cook, Lisa Greiner as the singing telegram girl, Sayde Walker as the unexpected motorist, Dennis Greiner as the unexpected policeman and Steve Sewell as the Chief of Police. Chris Chiola and Robert Buckingham are directing.
Concessions available during shows include desserts, soft drinks, coffee, beer from Pelican Brewery and wines from Casa Luna Winery.
One mansion. Six suspects. Countless laughs. Only one ending… or is there?
“CLUE” will keep audiences guessing through September 14, with performances at 7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays; and 2 pm matinées each Sunday at the Barn Community Playhouse, located at 1204 Ivy Street in Tillamook. Tickets are $20 for adults or $15 for kids aged 12 and under.
