Squeeze the Neskowin harvest festival into your day

Celebrate the harvest season with friends and family at Neskowin Valley School’s 44th annual Harvest Festival this Saturday, Oct. 4.

Enjoy live local music, artisan vendors, raffle prizes, a cider press, kids’ activities and more.

Wander through the school’s pumpkin patch and check out the student-run store, featuring items created by each class like organic dried catnip from the school garden.

Enjoy live music all day from Neskowin Valley School students George Thompson, David Ousele and Friends, Paris Jose and Dylan and Friends.

Shop from local food carts and vendors in an open-air market, including Nonnos John's Woodworking, Andrea's Crystal Cavern and Dorymen's Heritage Center.

The beer garden will feature Silas Wines and brews from Pelican Brewery.

Kids’ activities will include creating magic forest wands, working on a mural, bobbing for apples and playing pumpkin tic-tac-toe.

This vibrant fall gathering not only celebrates the season but also raises vital funds to support the school’s mission and programs.

Saturday's event runs from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm at Neskowin Valley School, located at 10005 Slab Creek Road. For more information, go to neskowinvalleyschool.com or call 503-392-3124.
