Bless is more in Lincoln City
Experience the vibrant rhythms and uplifting energy of international music star Blessing “Bled” Chimanga at the Lincoln City Cultural Center on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
Known for his dynamic stage presence and infectious Afro-fusion sound, Chimanga will provide an unforgettable night of music, dance and cultural celebration.
Hailing from Harare, Zimbabwe, Chimanga is a master of the marimba and an acclaimed vocalist, percussionist and composer. His music blends traditional Zimbabwean melodies with contemporary global influences, creating a sound that is both deeply rooted and joyfully modern. He has toured across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas with his band Dreams, sharing messages of unity and hope through the universal language of rhythm.
“Blessing’s music is pure joy,” said cultural center Programs Director Jason Corso. “His performances are more than concerts — they’re celebrations of life, culture and community. We’re thrilled to welcome him to our stage.”
