Join the parade of fancifully decorated brollies from the top of Main Street to the community tree. After the tree lighting, the party continues at the Toledo Elks Lodge with holiday face painting, cookies, hot cocoa and cookie decorating. 4 pm. FMI, call 541-336-3183.
