The visiting Jangchub Choeling Tibetan nuns begin their five-day process to create an Avalokiteshvara Sand Mandala in the center’s auditorium. 6 pm, 540 NE Hwy. 101. Available to view 9 am to 4 pm through Tuesday, Oct. 15. FMI, go to LCFriendsofTibet.org.
