Throughout Newport

Head to the Bayfront at 9 am for the Survival Suit Races, followed by the Blessing of the Fleet at 11 am, and the Newport Fishermen’s Wives barbecue at 1 pm at the International Terminal, 1510 SE Bay Blvd. A memorial service, remembering Lincoln County fishermen who were lost at sea, will be held at the Fishermen’s Memorial Sanctuary at Yaquina Bay State Park at 4 pm.
