A review runs through it

Published on February 12, 2018 8:23PM

A year’s worth of conservation and restoration will be on show when the Tillamook Estuaries Partnership presents its 2017 Year in Review at the Port of Tillamook Bay on Thursday, Feb. 22.

The Garibaldi-based nonprofit will detail its efforts to conserve and restore Tillamook County’s estuaries and watersheds, from habitat restoration and water quality monitoring to events like Bounty on the Bay and the Explore Nature series.

The event will begin with a brief introduction and overview of the group’s projects in Tillamook County, followed by a chance for guests to meet staff and ask questions in an open-house style exhibition. Light refreshments will be served.

This event, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 5:30 pm in the main conference room at the Port of Tillamook Bay, 4000 Blimp Blvd., two miles south of Tillamook.
