Pastry fans will receive their just desserts this Saturday, Oct. 13, when Food Roots holds its annual Central County Pie Night at Pacific Restaurant in Tillamook,
The event, presented by de Garde Brewing and Pacific Restaurant, will kick off with a live pie auction at 7 pm, allowing guests to bid on scrumptious pies from bakers and restaurants throughout Tillamook County. Pies will include savory, sweet, gluten-free and vegan.
After the live auction, guests can sit back and feast to their stomachs’ content during the all-you-can-eat pie and ice cream feast while enjoying live music performed by the Oak Bottom Boys. Coffee and a no-host bar will also be on offer.
Proceeds from the event will support Food Roots’ community programs, including the Farm to School Program, Access to Local Food program and Farm and Food Business Support.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm at Pacific Restaurant on the corner of 2nd and Main Streets.
