Jerry Joseph & The Jackmormons will visit Manzanita on Monday, Aug. 13 for a fund-raising concert in support of music programs at Neahkahnie School District.
Joseph is a prolific and accomplished songwriter who has crafted hits for Widespread Panic and released 30 albums in his more-than-30-year career.
A relentless live performer, Joseph plays more than 150 shows a year across the globe. He has toured with Vic Chesnutt, Chris Whitley and Walter Salas-Humara, among others. Joseph, who was inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame in October 2015, will be touring in Mexico, Australia and New Zealand this winter and the coming spring.
Monday’s concert, presented by the Manzanita Music Festival, will start at 5 pm at A Mighty Thai, 725 Manzanita Avenue.
Tickets, $50 each, include access to a VIP cocktail hour as well as the acoustic show.
